Kodiak Outback feels you have a right to know how we handle the information you send us via the internet. Please review the following:

Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Record the visitor's session information (such as the visitor's shopping selections when ordering).
- Record user-specific information on the pages the visitor selects for viewing.

E-mail Addresses
We will never sell your e-mail address!
When a visitor gives us an e-mail address while placing an order, or when visitors send us e-mail correspondence, we retain the visitor's e-mail address. We do not contact visitors by their e-mail address except to confirm an on-line order, or respond to a sender's e-mail query.

Visitor-Keyed Information
We retain information provided by our visitor, such as registration information, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).

Mailing Addresses
We will never sell your mailing address!
Visitors who give us their mailing address will only receive mail from us regarding orders they have placed online.

Telephone Numbers
We will never sell your telephone number!
Visitors who give us their telephone numbers will only receive telephone contact from us regarding orders they have placed online.

Security

Purchase Orders

We accept City, County, State or Federal Government Purchase Orders.
All Purchase Orders must be on an official purchase order form or on company letterhead, and must include a contact name, phone number and signature of purchasing agent.
All information will be verified prior to an order being shipped.

Most purchase orders are eligible for Net-30 credit terms.

When submitting your order be sure to include:
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
- Ship To Name and Address
- Bill To Name and Address
- Email address
- Desired Items and Quantities
- All necessary details for items such as color, size, etc.

Shipping Information

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address.

Please note:
Free Shipping offer for lower 48 states only.

International Shipping:

Shipping method:
We use USPS Priority Mail International for all international orders. This method is reliable, provides tracking information, and is cost effective. Shipping delivery times vary by country, but the USPS estimates between 5 - 10 business days for shipping. Although we cannot control how long packages take to clear customs, we do everything possible to aid the process. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.

Where we ship:
If your country is listed on the drop down box during the checkout process, we ship to your country. If your country is not listed, we do not ship there.

Rates:
International shipping rates vary significantly based on destination, dimensions, and weight – please Contact Us for estimated shipping charges – Thanks.

Fees:
All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties, and associated assessments and fees, these costs are not included in the shipping charge and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local customs office for more information before you place the order. If an international customer refuses delivery of a package, we will refund you the retail amount of the product after we charge you for the shipping and any additional fees required to return the package to us.

Placing your order:
Please place your order online. After placing your order, you will get an email confirming the exact shipping price to your country. The email instructions will ask you to reply, giving us permission to charge your card for the shipping costs.

Returns/Exchanges Policy

All merchandise purchased through Kodiak Outback is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of receipt. See below for our exchange policy.

Please make sure that all returns are unused and in the original condition with all boxes, tags and packing materials in place. Packages need to be packed or wrapped so that the original factory packaging is re-useable.

As long as your order has been placed within the last 30 days, you do not need an RMA number, or need to Contact Kodiak Outback in advance of your return. As long as the return instructions are followed, there is no restocking fee.

Please make a copy of your packing slip or enclose your order id number and mail your return to:

You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, however, we recommend you get a tracking number.

Note: Commercial or industrial orders over $1000 are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Exchanges:
All exchanges will be handled as a separate order. Please return your item per instructions above, then place an order for the new items you want. We will credit your account for the return and your new order will be a new charge.

Defects:
All merchandise purchased through Kodiak Outback is guaranteed to be free of defects. If you receive a product that is defective, please call us at 800-697-1741, and we will take immediate action to ensure you get a replacement in a timely manner. We will accept returns for warranty issues for 90 days. After 90 days, we ask that you work directly with the manufacturer.

Inflatable Boats:
The inflatable boats are covered under the same return policy as above. We do ask that you call our customer service department, and speak to a kayak specialist prior to returning an inflatable boat. Almost all the issues with the boats can be handled over the phone.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we feel our policies are being abused.
